Brand Design


This project presents a complete bilingual visual identity for an international film festival, covering logo design, poster system, social media templates, and print/digital collateral. Now in its third edition, the festival’s branding centers on a balance between cinematic aesthetics and cultural symbolism.


The color palette combines black with gold (#E7C163)—a tone inspired by the traditional imperial dragon robe, symbolizing prestige and creativity. The circular emblem replaces the typical frame with the image of a camera lens in focus, capturing a fleeting cinematic moment. The central number can be updated each year to mark the new festival edition, making the identity both timeless and adaptive.

In Chinese culture, the circle also represents wholeness and fulfillment, reflecting a wish for the festival to continue growing—each edition more refined, complete, and resonant than the last.
